He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann McCarthy (Kozikowski); his daughter Carrie Patterson (Michael) of Wolcott; his siblings, Gary, Richard, Kevin, Brian and Kathleen McCarthy; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Meaghan and Michael Patterson. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews and countless friends.
