Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David McConnell and Lilly McConnell (Henry). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn McConnell (Barnes); and his children, David McConnell (Ann) of Bristol, Allen McConnell (Kristen Dimattia) of Wolcott, Beth Martel (Don) of Harwinton and Janet Sykes (William) of Simsbury. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home (24 Lincoln Ave, Bristol, CT 06010).
