He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest West and Alta West (Hislop); and his sisters, Lucille Santaniello, Marion Racher, Lorraine LaFleur and Janice West.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra West (Klimkewicz); his children, Laurie Fuller of Bristol and David S. West (Lena) of New Stanton, PA.; his grandsons, David S. West Jr. (Lacie), Ryan West (Mckenzie) and Dominic West; and his siblings, Frederick Churchill (Joyce) of Bradford, VT and Pauline Brown of Marshfield, VT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
