He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his children, Michael (Susan Butler), Terry (Briant Hoganson), Christopher (Deborah Butler), Kathy (Raymond LaForest) and Lori (Rob Johnson); his grandchildren, Nicole, Sean Butler (Jennah), Christopher Perkins (Kristin), Briana Kulik (John), Lauren Klein (Jeremy), Jacob (Alexandra), Jonathan (Kelly), Josiah Butler (Hanah) and Raymond LaForest Jr. (Jen); his great grandchildren, Colden, Marshall, Tristan, Daxton, Audrina, Madelyn, Sophia, Ethan and Everly; his brother James Montague (Diane); and his close friend George Duncan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
