With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine M. George (Bristol, Connecticut), who passed away on January 16, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Elaine had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Elaine may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband Victor George; and her father Donald. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Cote (Michael) of Terryville, Michael George (Kerrina) of Rutland, MA, Julie Reno (Michael) of Holden, MA and Matthew George (Lindsey) of Dudley, MA; her sister Patricia Chaput of Connecticut; and her sisters-in-law, Florence Rucho and Frances George. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
