He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Halpert and Mildred Halpert; and his wife Karen. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Adrienne) and Ashley Beckford (Corey); his sister Linda Halpert Howell; and his grandchildren, Carter, Carsen and McKenzie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Franks family has requested donations be made to the Bristol Hospital Foundation.
