As we bid Frederick farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Frederick is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Jan Marie. He is survived by: his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Ellen Sebastian; his brother Leo; his sister-in-law Patricia Sebastian; his grandchildren, Samantha and Sydney Sebastian; and his sibling's children, Andrew Sebastian and Gina Morse.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home (24 Lincoln Ave, Bristol, CT 06010).
