We bid farewell to Gary D. Wolfradt Sr. of Bristol, Connecticut, born in Newington, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 21, 2025 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert K. Wolfradt and Virginia V. Wolfradt (Bostwick); and his brother Allen Swanson. He is survived by: his wife Jane Wolfradt (Dixey); his sons, Gary Wolfradt, Jr. (Lindsay), Jason (Jamie Wolfradt) and Justin (Brittany Wolfradt); his siblings, Richard Swanson of Narragansett, RI and Luann Coldwell of England; and his mother-in-law Jane Dixey of Bristol. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funk Funeral Home (35 Bellevue Ave, Bristol, CT 06010). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Gary's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or simply take a moment to enjoy a sunset, a round of golf, or breakfast with someone you love—just as Gary would have wanted.
