He was predeceased by : his father Tarquino Ochoa. He is survived by : his spouse Marithza Faican; his mother Ninfa Ortiz of Ecuador; his daughters, Maria Ochoa (Hendry Farez) of Bristol and Patricia Ochoa (Adam Roche) of Bristol; his siblings, Carmita, Wilson, Galo, Fanny, Geovany, Martha, Diego and Juan Pablo; and his granddaughter Victoria Ochoa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funk Funeral Home (35 Bellevue Ave, Bristol, CT 06010). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Joseph Church (33 Queen St, Bristol, CT 06010).
