She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore H. Hurst and Elva May Hurst (Harvey). She is survived by: her son Dean (Dawn); and her grandchildren, Amy of Terryville and Giancorrado of Terryville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carmon Funeral Home & Family Center (301 Country Club Rd, Avon, CT 06001). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Simsbury Cemetery (16 Plank Hill Rd, Simsbury, CT 06070).
