He is survived by: his spouse Jean Perkins (Gonya); his children, John Perkins of Bristol and Laura Mangiafico of Bristol; his grandchildren, John, Jr., Tyler, Morgan, Richie, Josh, Amy, Keith, Jr. and Kyle; and his brother-in-law James Nypert. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
