It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane L. Dixey of Bristol, Connecticut, born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on December 28, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William B. Dixey III; her parents, Herbert Ahlgren and Dorothy Ahlgren (Babcock); her stepdaughter Diana Dixey; her children-in-law, Gary Wolfradt and Barbara Dixey; and her siblings, Robert Ahlgren, Dorothy Nye, Beverly Burkhead and Joyce Komanetsky.
She is survived by: her children, William Dixey IV (Cynthia) of Alamo, CA, Jane Wolfradt of Naples, FL, Scott Dixey (Debbie) of Cape Coral, FL and Robert Dixey of Weatogue; her stepdaughter Linda Vior of Middletown; and her sister Nancy Godby of Indiana. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
