She was predeceased by: her husband Heinz Martin; and her mother Johanna Slawnyj. She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Martin and Heidi York (Michael); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lancaster (Ryan), Dr. Gary York and Steven York (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Ethan Lancaster, Liam White-Lancaster, Madilyn, Sophia and Toby York; and her sisters, Lucy Slawnyj, Hilde Slawnyj, Helen Finello and Valerie Gertz (Ed). She is also survived by her loving family, her grandchildren.
