He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth A. John (Newville) and John J. Jerome Sr. John; and his siblings, Charles Jerome (Sandy), Alice Prime (Mike), Evelyn Carter (Robert), Joan Armell (Roy) and Joyce Carter (Terry).
He is survived by: his significant other Mary Killian; his children, John J. Jerome III and Donna Jerome; his grandchildren, Jeremy Jerome, Jessica Jerome, Ava Jerome and Mason Jerome; and his brothers, William Jerome (Lorraine) and Norbert Jerome (Sue). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
