He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Malley and Mae Malley (Grivois); his siblings, Barbara Luben Hauck, Charles "Sonny" Malley and Elizabeth Mariotti; his niece Kelly Labadia; his nephew Dean Mariotti; and his brother-in-law Jack Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel Malley and Justin Malley; his daughter-in-law Tabetha Malley; the mother of his children Linda Malley; his grandchildren, Raina Lambert, Quinn Malley and Reid Malley; his stepchildren, Amanda Hilliker, Ian Hilliker and Kiel Hilliker; his siblings, Frances Carroll, Dennis Malley (Colleen), Mary Malley and Kevin Malley; his brother-in-law Jack Mariotti; Lisa Keith. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
