He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Charbonneau and Laura Charbonneau (Gratton) of French-Canadian; his wife Lena Charbonneau (Guerriere); his daughter Donna Ouellette; and his sister Rita Baccaro.
He is survived by: his children, Joe, Lena, Norman (Claudia Charbonneau) of East Berlin and Jim (Jeanne Charbonneau) of Berlin; his grandchildren, Nicole Charbonneau (David Rodriguez) of Bristol, Tina Ortiz (Armando) of New Britain, Emily Nigro (Todd) of Medford, MA and Andrew Charbonneau (Sara Barlok) of East Windsor; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Amaya Ortiz; and his brother-in-law Victor Baccaro of Southington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home (48 Broad St, Plainville, CT 06062). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Saint Patrick (110 Main St, Farmington, CT 06032).
