He is survived by: his mother Madeline Bouchard (Theriault) of Bristol; his wife Alice Bouchard (Cahill); his siblings, Ronnie Bouchard of St. Johnsbury, VT, Darryl Bouchard (Robin Burnash) of Lyndonville, VT and Susan Desrosiers (George) of St. Johnsbury, VT; his sister-in-law Carla Dubay (David) of Forestville; his goddaughter Amber-Leigh Brzinski; and his pet Kendall. He is also survived by three nieces and four nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kenny's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
