She is survived by: her children, Shana Forader (Michael) of New Hartford and Nicholas Munson (Jessica Allen) of Bristol; her grandchildren, Makenna McPherson, Jack McPherson, Carson McPherson, Leo Forader, Wyatt Munson and Jasper; her sisters, Tracy Hale of Wethersfield, Bobbi Deming of Manchester and Christina Palmer of Loris, SC.; her nieces, Melissa Leroux and Lisa Dalke (Anthony Sunday); her former husband Scott Munson of New Hartford; and her close friend Rick Pliska of Bristol.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in LeeAnn's memory may be made to The Focus Center for Autism, 126 Dowd Ave, Canton, CT 06019.
