Foote Jr. of Bristol, Connecticut, born in Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman C. Foote, Sr. and Pauline Foote (Waradzin); his sister Nancy Weis; and his brother-in-law Peter Petro. He is survived by: his son Joshua T. Foote of New Britain; his sisters, Bonnie L. Petro of Meriden, Debra Bellucci of Rhode Island, Christine Ferraro of Bristol and Cynthia Bulley of Maine; his nieces and nephews, Carmelo, Angelina Ferraro, Patrick Petro (Katie), Robert, Michael Bellucci, Timothy, Andrew and Julie Lewis; and his former wife Susan Foote (Van Patten).
