She is survived by: her children, Bruce Kleszcz and Patricia Perrotti (Mark); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Adam, Richard, Timmy, Joe, Tracy, Kevin and Kelly; her great grandchildren, Zach, Hunter, Harper and Carson; and her daughter-in-law Linda Kleszcz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (33 Queen St, Southington, CT 06489).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions in Patricia's name be made to a charity of one's choice.
