She was predeceased by: her husband John H Van Vart Sr.; her parents, John Yetke and Ruth Yetke (Starbuck); and her brother Richard Yetke. She is survived by: her children, John Van Wart Jr. of Albrightsville, PA and Jill Hoover (Joe) of Norwell, MA.; her grandchildren, Alli Hoover and Ryan Hoover; and her brothers, David Yetke (Cheryl) of South Carolina and William Yetke (Constance).
