He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Martin and Marion Martin; and his siblings, Bertrand and Florentine Berube. He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Ouellette (Madore); his children, James Ouellette (Lisa LaPrise) of Terryville, Gary Ouellette (Rita Kirby) of Bristol and Racheal LaChance (Hermann) of Harwinton; his grandchildren, Sylvie, Bruce, Julie, Jason, Garrett and Kory; and his sister Linda Hackett (David) of Madison. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and good friends.
