He is survived by: his mother Ellen Plonka (Repan); his sister Christine Hoffman (Chris); his nieces, Briana and Bridget; his nephew Brandon (Sana Melendez); his aunts, Alice Polak of Meriden, Margaret DellaBitta of Southington, Anna Mongillo of Southington and Caroline Savage of Southington; and his close friends, Weslie Czekala, Janet Bosco, Rob Farler, Sandy Sturms and Griffin Newman.
