She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustine O'Connor and Irene O'Connor (Guerrette); her father-in-law Harold Middleton; her brother Bryan O'Connor (Susan O'Connor); her brother-in-law Anthony Middleton; and her nieces, Stacey Middleton and Carrie Middleton Walsh.

She is survived by: her husband Michael Middleton; her daughters, Michelle Middleton and Marci Aldi (Nick); her granddaughter Brea Aldi; her brother Kevin O'Connor (Nancy); and her sister-in-law Lucille Middleton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Sharon's memory to the American Cancer Society.
