Though Sofio may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sofio touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He is survived by: his wife Sarina Valenti Salemi; his son Frank (Julie); his grandchildren, Alex, Avery and Ethan; his daughter Rina Johnson (Derek); his grandchildren, Sofia and Aloma; and his siblings, Enzina Briganti, Angelo Salemi and Mario Salemi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
