He is survived by: his wife Nancy Samulenas (Pelletier); his daughter Jennifer Gaines (Joel) of Sebastian; his granddaughter Jenelle Gaines; his siblings, John Samulenas of Rocky Hill, Karen Bohan (Michael) of Plantsville, Paul Samulenas (Dori) of Southington and Michael Samulenas (Victoria) of Berlin; his mother-in-law Jeannine "May" Pelletier of Bristol; his siblings-in-law, Mark, Sheila Pelletier of Andover, MA, Kevin Pelletier of Tariffville, Julie and James Paul of Coventry; his nieces and nephews, Brent, Amy Samulenas of Virginia, Shawn Bohan of Southington, Christopher Bohan of Southington, Melissa Stark of Southington, David Samulenas of Southington, Jennifer Randazzese of Middletown, Michael Samulenas of Berlin, Jessica, Christopher Allen of Middletown, Mark Jr., Julie Pelletier of Billerica, MA, Zachary, Abigail Pelletier of Simsbury, Olivia Griffin-Pelletier of Tariffville and Sydney Bevivino of Lebanon; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew, Nicholas Stark, Anthony, Brooklyn, Frankie Randazzese, Daphne, Liam Allen, Sienna Bruno, Dylan Pelletier, Reid LeBlond, Gideon, Grace Pelletier, Ellie Pelletier and Cooper Griffin.
