With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Verna (Akerley) Ouellette (Bristol, Connecticut), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Akerley and Alphena Akerley (Viel); her husband Roger; her son Michael Ouellette; her siblings, Doreen Dionne, Nancy St. Pierre and Jacques Akerley; her brother-in-law George Ouellette; and her friend Bruno Varasconi.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen; her children-in-law, Robert Varasconi and Melanie Ouellette; her grandsons, William Varasconi, Matthew Ouellette (Jeremy Crowell) and Eric Ouellette (Faye); her siblings, Rita Prentice, Edward and Roger Akerley; and her sisters-in-law, Marie-Therese Ouellette and Rita Thibeault.
