He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Rochelle and Bertha Rochelle (Fortune). He is survived by: his children, Kyle Rochelle of New Britain and Stacey Rochelle (Kevin Strycharz) of Portland; his sister Patricia Tracy of Oakboro, NC; his cousin Wendy Croft; his sister-in-law Laura Taylor; Gary Croft and Andrea Sargent.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Wesley's memory may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
