He is survived by : his wife Jeannine O'Neil (Gervais); his daughters, Sharon McLaughlin (Charles) of Farmington and Jill O'Neil of Burlington; his grandchildren, Meredith, Owen McLaughlin, Forrest Russell (Josh Dumas) and Jack Russell; and his pet Delilah.

“I was so sorry to hear of the psssing of Bill O’Neil. My neighbor for many many years, he was always so much fun to be around, great sense of humor. Used to visit with his mother years ago. Haven’t seen him much recently but will miss him. My love to Jeannine , Sharon, Jill and their families. Will be thinking of you all. Love Doris and family.”
