She was predeceased by : her parents, Juliette Chaves (Greeno) and Anthony Chaves of Hudson, Massachusetts.; and her siblings, Donna, Tony, Joey and Bobby.
She is survived by : her husband Greg Burns; her daughters, Vanessa Witkowski (Jeff) and Chelsea Malinowski (Rob); her grandsons, Tripp, Kent and Conrad; and her siblings, Patty Birchman (Bruce) of Seattle, WA, Pam Chaves (Pat Donahue) of Springfield, MA, Susan Fischer (Raymond) of Rutland, MA, Michael Chaves of Clinton, MA, Lisa Chaves (David Francis) of Ashburnham, MA, Marianne Stout (Timothy) of Berlin, MA and Cheryl Kelly (James). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the ALS Association, in honor of her brother Tony.
