He was predeceased by : his father Daniel Ellsworth of Broad Brook. He is survived by : his mother Susan Jenkins Ellsworth of Broad Book; his sisters, Margaret Ellsworth (Gino Cassista) of Broad Brook and Elizabeth Ferolano (Joseph) of Ellington; and his nieces and nephews, Chloe Cassista, Lucia Ferolano, Daniel and Joseph Ferolano.
