He is survived by : his mother Carole Butenas (Fuller) of Broad Brook, CT; his wife Diane Butenas (Campagnone); his son Cory Belczyk (April) of Ware, MA; his stepdaughter Shaunna Davis (Jonathan) of Chester, NH; his brother Mark Butenas (Jennifer) of Stratham, NH; his grandchildren, Ashton, Ellie Belczyk and Louella Davis; his nephews, Zac and Ben Butenas; and his goddaughter Emilee Butenas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
