Annellen Gleissner Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Annellen Gleissner of Brookfield, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Annellen left this world on July 17, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Gleissner; her parents, Frederick Otto and Ursula Otto (Kane); and her brothers, Frederick "Rick" Otto and John "Jack" Otto.
She is survived by: her children, Heidi Gleissner (Kathy Kennedy), Brian Gleissner (JoAnne Bednarz) and Ursula Parry (Tim); her grandson Will Parry; and her sisters-in-law, Anne Otto and Christine MacMillan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cornell Memorial (247 White St, Danbury, CT 06810). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church - Danbury (8 Robinson Ave, Danbury, CT 06810). A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Cemetery (71 Lake Ave Ext, Danbury, CT 06810).
