She was predeceased by: her parents, Domenick Tascio and Ida Tascio. She is survived by: her husband Guy Cacciato; her children, Chris Cacciato (Rachel) and Melanie Awerdick (Marc); her brother Robert Tascio (Janet); her nephew Jeffrey Tascio; and her granddaughters, Madison Tyrrell (Jason), Lilah and Sydney Cacciato.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Donna's memory, a cause that was close to her heart.
