He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Bender; his daughters, Jennifer Bender and Laura Maimone (Bender); his son-in-law Richard Maimone; his grandchildren, Christopher and Savannah; his brother Richard Bender; his brother-in-law Stephen Gobbo; Jodi Gobbo. He is also survived by his nephews and close friends.
