She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Perry Nelson (Dale Nelson); her niece Kathleen Olick (late Albert Olick) of New Milford, CT.; her grandchildren, Todd Nelson (Jennifer) and Lynette Chapman (Paul) of Champaign, IL; and her great grandchild Raylynn Chapman of Champaign, IL..
