Gumula of Brooklyn, Connecticut, born in Putnam, Connecticut, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Veilleux and Claire Veilleux (Poitras); her sister Elaine Dessert; her brother-in-law Clayton Hooper; and her grandson Matthew.

She is survived by : her husband Edward C. Gumula, Sr. of Brooklyn, CT; her children, Debra Gumula (Richard Burris) of Brooklyn, CT and Edward C. Gumula, Jr. (Sandra) of Brooklyn, CT; her grandchildren, Adam (Jackie), Nick (Tayler), Heather (Brad), Kyle (Brandon), Haley (Daniel), Dustin (Ashley) and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Nora, Julian, Amelia, Natasha, Anyah, Omar, Kazen and Arthur; and her siblings, Arlene, Linda and Raymond (Sharon).
