He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Mooers and Nellie Mooers; and his sister Shirley Mancini (Mooers). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mooers (Westfall); and his sons, Jeffrey and Todd. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
