Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Marc leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Bates and Ruth Bates. He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Tori" Bates; his brothers, Michael Bates (Denise) and Alan Bates (Janet); and his children, Brittany Yule (Chris), Ryan Bates and Glenn Bates (Wendy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and great friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Congregational Church of Putnam (175 Main Street, Putnam, CT 06260).
