He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Babbitt and Marie Babbitt (Conrad); his siblings, Roy Babbitt (Rita), Shirley Ricard (Armand) and Thelma Theriaque (Roland); and his nephew Earl Murray (PeeWee).
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Babbitt (Alward); his children, Ann, Leland Lambert of Killingly, Jerilynn, Mark Pacheco of Brooklyn and Patricia Sivertsen of Woodstock; his grandchildren, Christopher (Kayla), Brandon Pacheco, Leland (Brandi), Maggie (Justin), Marshall Lambert (Kayla), Paul, Benjamin and Nicholas Sivertsen; his brother Robert Babbitt (Gertrude) of Killingly; and his friend Al Fehr. He is also survived by thirteen beautiful great grandchildren.
