She was predeceased by: her parents, John Polo and Marie Polo (Manfredi); her uncle Frank; her aunt Kay; and her cousin Frankie.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene W. Heffernan; her children, Mike (Tina Heffernan), Tom (Lisa Heffernan), Lynn (Bill Thompson) and Kathleen (Scott Gauthier); her grandchildren, Kelsey (Tripp), Lindsay (Mark), Colin, Mitchell (Stephanie), Megan (Michael) and Matt; her great grandchildren, Grady, Zoey, Lennon, Rory and Bennett; and her siblings-in-law, Irene (Hank) and Perley (Anita). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
