It is with sadness that the passing of Elizabeth A. Chasse of Burlington, Connecticut is shared. Elizabeth, born on October 19, 1938, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Elizabeth will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Elizabeth by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Elizabeth is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Elizabeth’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul E. Chasse; her parents, Thomas McCormick and Mary McCormick (Gorman); and her sister Marilyn Wellons. She is survived by: her daughter Marlene Chasse (David Hinchey) of Bristol; her brother Thomas McCormick of Southington; her pet Raykin; her friend Irene Seamon; and her caregiver Edgar. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ahern Funeral Home (111 Main St, Unionville, CT 06085). A prayer was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
