He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabella Perkins (Brickett) and Art Perkins; and his sisters, Joan Parsons and Eleanor Gurney. He is survived by: his sons, Gary (Laurie) of Canaan and Dennis (Carolyn) of New Hartford; and his siblings, Anna Mae MacNeil of Arizona and Bill Perkins (Candace) of Torrington. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
