He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Herbert Harrigan, Sr. and Bertha Lukens McCurdy Harrigan; his brother Cornelius Herbert Harrigan, Jr.; and his former wife Eleanor Doris Meinhardt Harrigan. He is survived by: his wife Nancy McCutcheon Harrigan; his daughters, Patricia Arnio (Eric), Nancy Harrigan and Christine Tuxill (Donald); and his stepchildren, Lars Skilbred, Amy Skilbred (Eric Jorgensen), Kari Roberts (Timothy) and Anders Skilbred (Laura Anglin). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
