It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Hutchings of Canton, Connecticut, born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. and Ruth Hutchings (Kovacs); and his sister Judy Hutchings. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Halloran-Hutchings; his sibling's children, Tiffany Frenette (Tom Kostka) and Jason Ronan of Burlington; his cousin Patrick Foley (Lori) of Canaan; his sister Virginia Messler (Mark); and his sibling's children, Ashley and Connor.
