She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Ritchie. She is survived by: her son Brian; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Ritchie; her daughter Kathleen Ritchie; her siblings, Joanne Eichner, Loretta Chatelle, Barbara Kelleher, Michael Chatelle, David Chatelle and Tom Chattelle; and her grandchildren, Julia, Jared, Jacob and Jenny Ritchie. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews of her extended family.
