He was predeceased by: his parents, George Garrity and Blanche Garrity (Laroche); and his sister Joan Futtner of East Hartford. He is survived by: his wife Joan Garrity (Parizo); his children, David Garrity of East Hartford and Diana Frink (Seth) of Scotland; his granddaughters, Sadie and Sierra Frink of Scotland; and his brothers-in-law, James "Jim" Futtner of East Hartford and John "Jack" Parizo (Maryann) of Pompano Beach, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
