She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Buonocore and Carlotta Buonocore; her husband Dr. Philip Fazzone; her grandson Tristan Fazzone-Chettiar; and her siblings, Restituta, Ciro, Christopher, Gregory, Vincent and Laura.
She is survived by: her children, Carley, Johanna Paul, Vincent and Alexander; her brother Peter; and her children, Lia (Carley), Anthony (Johanna), Hilary (Vincent) and Philip Jr. (Alexander). She is also survived by her children's childhood friends.
