She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Buonocore and Carlotta Buonocore; her husband Dr. Philip Fazzone; her grandson Tristan Fazzone-Chettiar; and her siblings, Restituta, Ciro, Christopher, Gregory, Vincent and Laura.
She is survived by: her children, Carley, Johanna Paul, Vincent and Alexander; her brother Peter; and her children, Lia (Carley), Anthony (Johanna), Hilary (Vincent) and Philip Jr. (Alexander). She is also survived by her children's childhood friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home (615 S Main St, Cheshire, CT 06410). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Bridget of Sweden Church (175 Main St, Cheshire, CT 06410). A burial will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget Cemetery (144 Higgins Rd, Cheshire, CT 06410).
