She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Benjamin and Carmella Rusate; and her aunt Denise Reynolds. She is survived by : her parents, Donna Rusate Romano (Brian) of Cheshire, CT and John Romano (Gemma) of New Rochelle, NY.; her grandparents, Dominic and Patty Romano of New Haven, CT; her uncle David Rusate (Christie) of Naples, FL; and her cousins, Nina Perry (Tyson), Brian Rusate (Ashley) and Alex Rusate (Katy).

Donations can be made in Angela's name to the ASPCA and Smilow Cancer Center Hospital.

“I was so sorry to hear about your loss. I met Angela in 2019 through her friend Sean, who was my roommate. Angela was genuinely the funniest person I’ve ever met. During the pandemic, we spoke daily and she truly made me laugh like no other person. She helped me through many tough times with her words of encouragement and ability to listen. The memories of years of laughter and friendship with Angela will stay with me forever, and I give my deepest condolences to her family and friends.”
