He is survived by: his wife Catherine Gwiazdowski (Summa); his children, Carol Francis, Michael Gwiazdowski (Jamie), Amy Boudle (Leonard) of Cheshire and Todd Gwiazdowski (Liz Gendreau) of Southington; his grandchildren, Emily Whipple (Jim Faroni), Anthony Whipple, Evan, Emma Schuster, Szymon, Sera Francis, Nicholas, Nathan and Alex Gwiazdowski; and his great grandchild Juliette.
